Pixel Kreation sells digital products only. We do not ship anything physical, and there are no shipping charges.
How you receive your product
- Complete your payment at checkout.
- After payment succeeds, you get an instant download link on the order confirmation page.
- The same link is sent to the email address you used at checkout.
What you receive
- PDF kits (such as the UNLEARNING "SLOW" English Foundation Kit): a downloadable PDF file. Open it with any PDF reader. You can print the worksheets at home.
- Spreadsheet trackers (such as the 30-Day Habit Growth Tracker): a link that opens a Google Sheet. Use the link to make your own copy. A free Google account is needed. Keep the original master blank and use your copy.
Each product page lists the exact format.
Delivery time
Delivery is usually instant. In rare cases it can be delayed by payment verification, email filtering, or technical issues.
If you did not receive your product
- Check your Spam, Promotions and Junk folders.
- Check that you typed your email address correctly at checkout.
- Look at your order confirmation page for the download link.
If you still cannot access your product, email support@pixelkreations.com with your order number and the email used for the purchase. We will resend your link, usually within 48 hours.
Keep your files safe
Please save your files after downloading. Our products are for your personal use under the licence on each product page. Please do not share download links or files with others.
