Thank you for shopping with Pixel Kreation. All our products are digital downloads, so please read this policy before you buy.
Digital products and refunds
Our files are available to download or access immediately after payment. Because a digital product cannot be returned, we generally do not offer refunds or cancellations if you:
- changed your mind
- bought the wrong product
- no longer need the product
- did not read the product description
- did not check that the file works on your device or software
- did not use the product
When we will help
Please contact us if:
- you were charged incorrectly
- you were charged twice for the same order
- you received a different product from the one you ordered
- the file is corrupted or will not open
- the download or access link does not work
- files are missing from your purchase
- the product is materially different from its description on our website
How we resolve problems
- We first try to fix the problem by sending a corrected file, a new download link, or fresh access.
- If we cannot fix it, or you were charged twice or incorrectly, we will refund you.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or UPI app may take 5 to 7 business days to show the money.
How to request help
Email support@pixelkreations.com within 7 days of purchase with:
- your name
- the email address used for the order
- your order number
- a short description of the problem
- a screenshot, if possible
We aim to reply within 48 hours.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under Indian consumer-protection law.
